Zinc picolinate is an organic zinc compound that is already biologically active (energized). It therefore has a much better bioavailability than inorganic zinc compounds such as zinc sulfate, zinc carbonate or zinc oxide. Our body can use zinc picolinate immediately to form defense cells.
