This vitamin B preparation contains active vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate) and active vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin), which are produced by bacteria in a multi-stage fermentation process. They are much more bioavailable than the simple vitamin forms. Studies have shown that pyridoxal-5-phosphate is 10x more effective than pyridoxine HCL and methylcobalamin is 4x more effective than cyanocobalamin. Our vitamin B complex is highly dosed and its utilization is enhanced by choline and PABA. It also contains folate as 5-methyltetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF), the active form of folic acid.
WOSCHA B-Ultra, with 90 capsules, covers the B vitamin requirement for 3 months. It is suitable for vegans and corresponds to our idea of a pure product because it contains no additives.
