WOSCHA L-Tryptophan
L-tryptophan is one of the essential amino acids that are vital for our body's survival. In food, L-tryptophan is found as a component of proteins, especially in meat, chicken eggs, cashews and sunflower seeds.
WOSCHA L-Tryptophan also contains vitamin B6 and magnesium to support L-tryptophan in its tasks.
Caution: People with severe liver or kidney dysfunction, asthmatics, pregnant women, breastfeeding women, children and adolescents should not take L-tryptophan.
Protein-rich foods inhibit the absorption of L-tryptophan. Therefore, it should be taken with carbohydrate-rich foods or on an empty stomach.
