Whole Indian psyllium husks, at least 99% purity.

Recommended Whole psyllium husk, fiber, Psyllium SHELLS Indian dosage:

Stir 2 level teaspoons into approx. 300 ml of water and drink daily. Please do not consume dry and make sure to drink 1 to 2 liters of water daily.

Also ideal as an ingredient in muesli or yoghurt when stirred!
