Heating
Please remove the paper label and heat the uncontaminated and dry product in the microwave for a maximum of 90 seconds at a maximum of 800 watts.

Note
To ensure even heat distribution, knead thoroughly before use and check the temperature on a sensitive part of the body (e.g. in the crook of the arm).
