• Please swallow the soft capsules whole with sufficient liquid (preferably a glass of drinking water).

  • Adults take 1-2 soft capsules daily (corresponding to 400-800 mg RRR-alpha-tocopherol).

• Duration of use:
  • The duration of treatment depends on the course of the underlying disease. Please consult your doctor about this!
  • Please talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you feel that the effect is too strong or too weak.

• If you have taken a larger amount than you should
  • Dangerous symptoms resulting from an overdose (hypervitaminosis) are not known.

• If you forgot to take it
  • Do not take a double dose if you forget to take the previous dose. Continue using the medication as described in the dosage instructions.
