Ingredients:
Microcrystalline cellulose, stabilizer: isomalt, cyanocobalamin (carrier: mannitol), anti-caking agent magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide. Fermentative from sugar beet molasses.

Recommended dosage:
Take 1 tablet twice a day with a little liquid.

1 tablet contains:
10 µg vitamin B12

Daily intake (2 tablets) contains:
Vitamin B12 20 µg (800%*)
*the reference amount according to the Food Information Ordinance (LMIV).
