• EPA and DHA are good for maintaining healthy blood lipid levels with a daily intake of 2 grams of EPA/DHA (2 softgel capsules per day).
• EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function with a daily intake of 3 grams of EPA/DHA (3 softgel capsules per day).

Recommended intake:
Take 1-3 softgel capsules daily with a meal and water.
