The tetesept Seawater Nasal Rinse is a family set with interchangeable nozzles in two different sizes and spray strengths. The nozzles offer a choice between a gentle and a more intensive spray. Composition of tetesept seawater nasal rinse salt: 1 dosing sachet contains BIOMARIS special sea salt 0.45 g, sodium chloride 1.79 g, magnesium carbonate.

The expiry date is printed on the outer carton and the dosing sachets. Do not use the product after this date. The tetesept seawater nasal rinse can be used for one year from first use, provided the specified storage and usage conditions are met.
Store the tetesept seawater nasal rinse in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place, protected from light. Keep away from corrosive liquids and gases. Store tetesept seawater nasal rinse salt in a dry place, not above 25°C, and out of the reach of children.

The water should always be fresh and must be of at least drinking water quality. tetesept Seawater Nasal Rinse Salt is specially designed for use with the tetesept Seawater Nasal Rinse with a 250 ml capacity. tetesept Seawater Nasal Rinse Salt is suitable for preparing two different saline solutions:
• The isotonic saline solution (1 sachet in 250 ml of water) is intended for moisturizing and cleansing the nasal mucosa and as a supportive measure for colds. The concentration of this saline solution corresponds exactly to the salt concentration of blood in the human body. This solution is therefore particularly suitable for preventative and regular use. Isotonic nasal rinses can be performed up to 3 times daily with 250 ml of solution each time. Intensive cleansing and moisturizing of the nose can be achieved with just one application per day.
• The hypertonic saline solution (2 sachets in 250 ml of water) is intended for the symptomatic treatment of colds, allergies, and nasal congestion. The increased salt content of this solution naturally reduces swelling of the nasal mucous membranes, as excess fluid is drawn out naturally through osmosis. This solution is therefore particularly suitable for use in acute cases such as nasal congestion and colds. Hypertonic nasal rinses can be performed up to twice daily with 250 ml of solution each time. The duration of use should not exceed 30 days. Instructions for using the tetesept seawater nasal irrigator: Before first use, thoroughly clean all plastic parts. Open the nasal irrigator by turning the nozzle. Ensure that the push button on the bottom of the bottle is in the closed position to prevent leakage. Fill the bottle with lukewarm water (37°C) up to the fill line on the side. Add the recommended amount of nasal rinse salt (refer to the manufacturer's instructions). Screw the nozzle onto the nasal irrigator. Gently swirl the nasal irrigator until the salt is completely dissolved. Lean your head over a sink and open your mouth wide. Tilting your head slightly to the side can make using the nasal irrigator easier. In this position, carefully place the nasal irrigator against one nostril with the nozzle pointing downwards and the push button pointing upwards, ensuring that nostril is closed. Breathe only through your mouth during the application. Now press the push button on the bottle to release the rinse solution into the nose. The solution will exit through the other nostril. Pressing the button again will stop or interrupt the rinsing process and close the bottle. If small amounts of the rinse solution enter the throat, they can be spat out or swallowed. After rinsing: If you need to blow your nose immediately after the rinsing treatment, make sure you only close one nostril to avoid increasing the pressure in the nasal cavity. Pressure created in this way can force the solution and mucus into the passages connecting the nose to the ears or sinuses. Usually, the fluid drains back on its own very quickly. What to do if the rinsing fluid runs down your throat? If small amounts of the rinsing fluid enter the throat, they can be spat out or swallowed. What to do if rinsing fluid continues to run from your nose long after the treatment? This problem can occur in users with a nose that has many nostrils. These individuals should turn their head several times over the sink in all directions after each rinsing treatment to ensure that all the rinsing fluid drains from their nose.Contraindications: The nose must not be rinsed.

The nose must not be rinsed:
