Recommended preparation

Mix all herbs well. Add approximately two tablespoons to 500ml of cold water and let it steep for 6 hours or overnight. In the morning, bring to a boil, simmer for ten minutes, then strain. Drink two cups a day on an empty stomach.

Recommended application duration

The treatment can be taken for 10 days at each change of season.
