Indications:
To support the treatment of nervous restlessness and sleep disorders. 

Special warnings and precautions for use:
When used concomitantly with H&S® St. John's Wort, the effectiveness of coumarin-type anticoagulants (phenprocoumon, warfarin), digoxin, theophylline, and some antidepressants may be reduced. Patients taking H&S® St. John's Wort and medications containing one of these active ingredients should consult their physician (see also the "Interactions" section). While taking H&S® St. John's Wort, avoid intensive UV radiation (prolonged sunbathing, sunlamp use, solarium). There is insufficient experience with the use of H&S® St. John's Wort in children under 12 years of age. Therefore, the use of H&S® St. John's Wort in children under 12 years of age is not recommended.

Directions:
1 tea bag for 1 glass/cup. Pour boiling water over the tea bag and let it steep, covered, for about 10 minutes. Remove the tea bag and gently squeeze. Drink the freshly prepared tea regularly, morning and evening.
