SportAktiv Frau by NatuGena is a specially developed micronutrient formula that provides comprehensive support for active women during exercise. The combination delivers selected vitamins, minerals, and functional ingredients, including a high-quality magnesium-4 complex from organically bound magnesium, bioactive B vitamins such as B2 and B6, three natural forms of vitamin B12, and Quatrefolic® (vitamin B9).
The formula is supplemented with nicotinamide riboside as a precursor to the coenzyme NAD⁺, high-quality lactoferrin (Bioferrin®) from sweet whey, and myo-inositol, a vitamin-like compound from plant sources. With 180 vegan capsules, the product provides a 30-day supply and represents quality made in Germany, high purity, and optimal bioavailability.
Recommended intake:
6 capsules once daily, or alternatively 3 capsules twice daily. For optimal results, take at least 30 minutes before or 90 minutes after a meal with 250 ml of still, lukewarm water.
