Ingredients:
chamomile flowers, lemon verbena (Verbena), fennel sweet, lime blossom, lemon balm leaves, peppermint leaves.
All ingredients used come from organic farming. Without adding sugar or flavorings

Preparation:
1 filter bag for 1 cup (approx. 150 ml). Pour boiling water over it, let it steep for 5 minutes, gently squeeze the bag out and take it out. Cool down to drinking temperature (approx. 37 ° C). Please only ever offer freshly brewed tea!

Recommended amount to drink:
1-2 cups spread over the day.

Nutritional value:
Contains only minor amounts of fat, saturated fat, carbohydrates, sugar, protein and salt. Calorific value below 50 kJ (12 kcal) in 100 ml or per serving (150 ml)

Important note:
• To protect against tooth destruction by caries, do not leave the bottle to suck continuously.
