filler microcrystalline cellulose E460, carrier mannitol E421, release agent magnesium stearate E470b, carrier polyvinylpyrrolidone E1201, sodium selenite 5 H2O.

Dietary supplement with sweetener

Recommended Selenium, CEFASEL 200 nutri selenium dosage:

Take 1 tablet daily.
Concomitant consumption of sodium selenite and vitamin C should be avoided as this can impair the optimal availability of sodium selenite. A time-staggered consumption (at least one hour), however, no longer has any influence.
