Selenium 100  is based on the inorganic selenium form sodium selenite. This high-quality raw material is characterized by particularly high bioavailability and excellent stability. The 50 ml bottle can be divided into 1700 drops using the included pipette, allowing for a precise daily dose of four drops with a long product lifespan of 425 days.

Selenium helps the body maintain normal hair and nails and normalize thyroid function, protects cells from oxidative stress and supports the immune system.

Recommended intake:
4 drops once daily. Ideally, take at least 15 minutes before a meal.
