Recommended intake:
As a dietary supplement for adults, take 1-2 capsules daily between meals (at least half an hour before or two hours after eating). Do not exceed the stated recommended daily intake.

Composition:
One capsule contains 200 mg S-adenosyl-L-methionine (SAMe)

Ingredients:
S-Adenosyl-L-Methionine Disulfate Tosylate, Rice Concentrate (Oryza sativa), Vegetable Capsule (Pullulan, from fermented cassava starch).

Note:
Do not take in combination with medications that affect brain metabolism, such as antidepressants and tranquilizers.
