Ingredients:
Evening primrose oil with 10% GLA (75% = 1000 mg per capsule), gelatin (= capsule shell), humectant: glycerin, water, vitamin E as alpha-tocopherol (0.7% = 9 mg per capsule).

Nutritional values:
1000 mg evening primrose oil,
9 mg alpha-TE,
75% of the reference intake (NRV) for an adult of vitamin E

Recommended intake:
one capsule per day.

Note:
Evening primrose oil should not be taken with epileptogenic drugs or in cases of severe mental disorders (such as schizophrenia).
