Pyralgina is a medicinal product for use in severe pain and fever. Composition

: The

active substance is: metamizole sodium (Metamizolum natricum).
1 tablet contains 500 mg of metamizole sodium monohydrate.
Excipients: potato starch, gelatin, magnesium stearate.

Dosage:

Always use this medicine exactly as described in the package leaflet or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.
This medicine is for oral use.
The tablets should be taken with a sufficient amount of water.
Take this medicine with or after a meal.
Adults: Occasional pain and fever: 1 tablet (500 mg) to 2 tablets (1000 mg).
The maximum single dose is 2 tablets (1000 mg of metamizole).
The maximum daily dose is 6 tablets (3000 mg of metamizole).
Do not use this medicine for more than 3-5 days without consulting a doctor.
The dosage should be adjusted in the following cases:
- elderly patients, individuals with reduced creatinine clearance,
- hepatic and renal impairment.

Pyralgina

contains metamizole sodium, which has analgesic, antipyretic, and antispasmodic effects on smooth muscles. Metamizole belongs to the non-opioid analgesics from the pyrazolone derivative group.

Indications:

Pain of various origins of severe intensity, fever, when other agents are contraindicated or ineffective.
