Application:
Foot bath: For 3.5 liters of water, you need at least 125g of flakes. The water temperature should be approximately 37.5 degrees C. You should soak your foot bath for approximately 25 minutes for optimal results.
Full bath: For a full bath, you should use at least 375g of flakes, then jump into the tub and relax. You'll feel good and sleep well.
