Daily Intake:

Pregnant women, from the 13th week until the end of breastfeeding: 1 capsule with vitamins and minerals + 2 capsules with DHA and EPA daily.

Ingredients

: Vitamin and mineral capsules: choline bitartrate (choline); capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; pyridoxal-5-phosphate (vitamin B6); calcium L-methylfolate (folic acid); potassium iodide (iodine); cholecalciferol (vitamin D); methylcobalamin (vitamin B12).
DHA and EPA capsules: omega-3 triglycerides from fish (including DHA and EPA); capsule: beef gelatin; humectant: glycerol.
1 capsule with vitamins and minerals contains: folic acid 800 µg (400%)*, vitamin D 50 µg (2000 IU) (1000%)*, vitamin B6 1 mg (71.4%)*, vitamin B12 1.3 µg (52%)*, iodine 200 µg (133%)*, choline 130 mg.
2 capsules with DHA and EPA contain: DHA 600 mg, EPA 120 mg.
