Propiona pur – successor to Propiona+

ProPiONA pur contains sodium propionate without any excipients.

Sodium propionate is a food additive. It can be used in the food industry as a preservative as well as in the home, for example in baked goods such as ready-made bread and cakes, in quantities of up to 3 grams per kilogram. The white powder has a typical, slightly sour taste. Due to its hygroscopic (water-attracting) properties, it should therefore be protected from moisture.

ProPiONA pur is: One can of Propiona Pur contains 45 purely plant-based capsules made from HPMC ( H ydroxy P ropyl M ethyl C ellulose obtained from wood fibers),  each with 500 mg of sodium propionate. Like all ForumVita products, ProPiONA pur is manufactured in Germany according to strict standards (GMP) and is available in pharmacies or directly from ForumVita.
