Promogran Matrix

• Promogran is a sterile, freeze-dried matrix consisting of 55% collagen and 45% ORC (oxidized regenerated cellulose).

In the presence of exudate, Promogran's protease-modulating matrix forms a soft, conformable, biodegradable gel. This allows contact with all areas of the wound.

Mode of action:
Collagen/ORC has been shown to reduce the concentration of proteases such as MMP and elastase. This can restore the balance of the microenvironment in the wound and thus promote granulation and wound closure.

Indications:
Promogran Matrix is ​​indicated for the treatment of all secondary healing wounds that are free of necrotic tissue, including:

• Diabetic ulcers
