Active ingredient: Penicillium chrysogenum (homeoph.)
The fungus produces a hydrophobic β-lactam compound known as penicillin. Penicillin, an antibiotic has been used in the treatment of gram-positive bacterial infections such as pneumonia, gonorrhea, wounds, staphylococcal infections, bacterial fevers.

Contraindications:
Do not use in cases of:
- known hypersensitivity to molds (Penicillium chrysogenum).
- Autoimmune diseases.
- Children under 12 years of age.
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Precautions for use and warnings:
None known. Cetostearyl alcohol and wool wax (components of wool wax alcohol ointment) can cause localized skin irritation (e.g., contact dermatitis). Propylene glycol can cause skin irritation.
Interactions with other medications:
Immunosuppressants may impair the efficacy of Notakehl D3. A 4-week interval should be observed before and after treatment with orally administered live vaccines. General note: The effect of a homeopathic medicine can be adversely affected by generally harmful lifestyle factors and by stimulants and other substances of abuse. If you are taking other medications, consult your doctor.
Duration of use:
Even homeopathic medicines should not be used for extended periods without medical advice. Note to the user: If symptoms persist during use of the medicine, medical advice should be sought.
Side effects:
Due to the specific organic components of Notakehl D3, hypersensitivity reactions, mainly in the form of skin reactions, may occur, and an allergy to the component Penicillium chrysogenum may be triggered. If this happens, discontinue use of the medication and consult a doctor. Note: When taking homeopathic medicines, existing symptoms may temporarily worsen (initial aggravation). In this case, you should discontinue use of the medication and consult your doctor.

Composition:
1 g of ointment contains: Active ingredient: 0.10 g Penicillium chrysogenum e volumine mycelii (lyophilized, sterile) Dil. D3 (HAB, Regulation 5a, with purified water). Other ingredients: Wool wax alcohol ointment, medium-chain triglycerides, glycerol monostearate 40-55, propylene glycol, magnesium sulfate heptahydrate, lactic acid, purified water.
