PEA is the abbreviation for palmitoylethanolamide. It is a fatty acid amide that occurs naturally in the human body, animals and plants. It is produced by the body itself when the organism has to react to a negative stimulus. PEA is also found in very small quantities in food. These include soy, peanuts, meat, fish and offal (especially kidneys, heart and liver).

Recommended dosage:
The recommended daily dose for an adult is five capsules. Take with a meal and some liquid.
