Papaya fruits are known for their sweet taste and high content of various vitamins, minerals and enzymes.

Preparation:

Boil 3 tablespoons of leaves in 1 liter of water. Let it simmer for a few minutes, then steep for a few more minutes. Alternatively, pour boiling water over the same amount of leaves and let it steep for several hours. Then strain and drink a cup 3 times a day.

Store in a dark and dry place at 10 to 20 degrees Celsius.
