Otrivin Breathe Purely for Children Nasal Spray is a 100% natural, isotonic, preservative-free seawater solution. The solution is a fine mist, allowing for gentle and thorough cleansing of a child's nasal congestion and removal of secretions. The special dispenser tip is designed to fit the natural shape of the nostrils of infants and children. A safety ring prevents the dispenser tip from being inserted too deeply into the nose and causing injury in children.
