Directions for use: For adults and children over 12 years of age: Hold your breath and apply the preparation 2-3 times to the back of the throat. 

Use a maximum of 4 times daily. For children 6-12 years of age: Hold your breath and apply a single dose to the back of the throat. Use a maximum of 4 times daily under adult supervision.
