Femaltiker Plus is

a dietary supplement in powdered sachets containing vitamins B6, B12, choline, barley malt extract, barley beta-glucan, lemon balm extract, and folate. Suitable for breastfeeding women. Chocolate flavor.

Ingredients:

Femaltiker® formula (barley malt extract (barley malt, cocoa 22%), barley beta-glucan, dry lemon balm extract (Melissa officinalis)), choline bitartrate, natural chocolate flavor, pyridoxine hydrochloride, cyanocobalamin, calcium L-methylfolate, pteroylmonoglutamic acid.
1 sachet contains: vitamin B6 2.5 mg (179%)*, folic acid FolActiv® 200 µg (100%)*, including: pteroylmonoglutamic acid 100 µg, calcium L-methylfolate 100 µg; vitamin B12 2.8 µg (112%)*, choline 100 mg, barley malt extract 4.8 g, barley beta-glucan min. 300 mg, dry lemon balm extract 80 mg.
2 sachets contain: vitamin B6 5 mg (358%)*, folic acid FolActiv® 400 µg (200%)*, including: pteroylmonoglutamic acid 200 µg, calcium L-methylfolate 200 µg; Vitamin B12 5.6 µg (224%)*, choline 200 mg, barley malt extract 9.6 g, barley beta-glucan min. 600 mg, dry lemon balm extract 160 mg.

Recommended Daily Intake

Adults: 1-2 sachets daily, with a meal. Consume 30-60 minutes before planned feeding/pumping. Wash your hands before preparing the solution. Use clean utensils. Pour the powder from the sachet into a glass or mug and dissolve in approximately 150 ml of milk at room temperature. Stir until the powder is completely dissolved. Consume immediately after preparation. The product can be prepared depending on the individual nutritional needs of a breastfeeding woman. In case of allergy or intolerance to cow's milk, plant-based drinks such as barley, oat, spelt, or simply water can be used instead. The product also tastes delicious when mixed with plain or flavored yogurt. It can also be used as an addition to various dishes and meals. It is recommended to start taking the product two days after delivery, provided that milk supply has not yet occurred. The minimum duration of use is 12 days, but it can be taken longer or used as needed during periods of so-called lactation crises. Discontinuation of use depends on when the milk supply is sufficient to maintain exclusive breastfeeding.

Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Your doctor or lactation specialist may recommend a different way of using the product. This product contains cereals, which are a source of gluten (from barley malt). This product is a dietary supplement and should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. Store in a dry place. Protect from light and moisture. Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. Keep out of reach of small children.
