Uses, dosage, recommended
dosage:
Unless otherwise prescribed, drink a cup of the tea infusion prepared as follows 3-4 times daily: Pour boiling water (approx. 150 ml) over 4 teaspoons (approx. 2.8 g) of nettle leaves and strain after about 10 to 15 minutes. Note: Ensure you also drink plenty of fluids.

50 g of medicinal tea contains 50 g of nettle leaves.

Storage instructions and shelf life:
