naturafit Cardio Cholesterol Complex is a well-dosed combination of various micronutrients, such as plant sterols, policosanol, resveratrol and oligomeric proanthocyanidins (OPC).

The product contains, among other things:

Vitamin B1 contributes to normal heart function
Plant sterols contribute to normal cholesterol levels.*
Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function, electrolyte balance, and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Ideal formula containing, among other things, policosanol, resveratrol, grape seed extract (OPC), magnesium and vitamin B1
Contains activated vitamin B12 and magnesium citrate – for good tolerability and absorption.

*A positive effect is achieved with a daily intake of at least 0.8 g of phytosterols.

Recommended intake:

Take 2 capsules twice daily, either with or between meals.
