MultiVegan contains all potentially critical nutrients in a plant-based diet (with the exception of vitamin D, K2 and A, which are available separately as fat-soluble nutrients due to their better bioavailability and dosability).
Recommended dosage:
1 capsule once daily. It is best to take it at least 15 minutes before a meal with 250 ml of still water.
