What is the effect of Multiplasan’s Mineral Complex 33?

Thanks to the combination of herbs and mineral salts, the body's daily supply of important nutrients can be supported. The carefully selected herbs contain a variety of valuable plant substances that can have a positive effect on the entire organism. Juniper berries and nettle contain large amounts of flavonoids and minerals. The iron contained in the herbs contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin. Magnesium also contributes to normal energy metabolism. Fennel, anise, and caraway can have a beneficial effect on the gastrointestinal system and have long been used in traditional folk medicine.

How is Multiplasan Mineral Complex 33 used?

Recommended intake:

Swallow max. 3 x 5 - 7 tablets daily without chewing with sufficient liquid (2 glasses of water or tea per dose).

Recommended use:

Experience has shown that use should last approximately 6-8 weeks. It is important that the products are taken consistently and without interruption according to the dosage recommendations during this time. After 6-8 weeks of use, a 2-week break is recommended. The 6-8-week course of use can then be repeated.

In a reduced amount (approximately 2/3 of the specified dosage), Multiplasan can also be used continuously. However, experience has shown that it is more effective to adhere to the specified dosages and application periods and to interrupt individual application intervals with breaks of several weeks.
