Recommended intake
Stir Mucura® Psyllium psyllium husks into a glass (150 ml) of water or orange juice or sprinkle into yogurt or muesli. Always drink another glass of water (approx. 150 ml) after consuming Mucura® Psyllium psyllium husks. Adults: Take 2 measuring spoons (3 g) 1-2 times a day with plenty of liquid.
