side effects

Sensitive people may experience gastrointestinal disturbances such as intestinal cramps and mild diarrhea or detoxification symptoms such as nausea or headaches when taking MSM. In this case, it is recommended to reduce the dose of MSM. Once the symptoms have disappeared, the dose can be increased again.

interactions

MSM may affect the results of some liver function tests. Therefore, it is recommended to stop using it for at least four days before the test. MSM may affect platelet aggregation, which is best avoided when combined with blood thinners.
