Momordica charantia is an annual, cucumber-like climbing plant.
It originates from India, where it is traditionally used as a food and medicinal plant. Refined with valuable herbs and spices,
the herbal tea has a harmonious, spicy flavor.

Applications, dosage, recommended consumption:
Pour 500 ml of boiling water over the tea bag and let it steep for 5 to 7 minutes.
Then remove the tea bag.

Recommendation:
Drink two unsweetened tea bag infusions daily throughout the day.
We recommend taking this long-term, or at least for 8 weeks.

Important note:  This tea is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
