Ingredients:

Dandelion herb, artichoke leaves, peppermint leaves, spirulina, cardoon herb, yarrow herb, fennel, chamomile, angelica, gentian root, calamus root.

Recommended intake:

Stir 1-1.5 level teaspoons (approx. 8g) into liquid (2 glasses of water or tea per serving) up to 3 times daily. One glass of water can also be replaced with one cup (150g) of yogurt or applesauce.
