effect . Indications Dezamigren is indicated for the acute treatment of headache during migraine attacks with or without aura. Dosage Always use this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you. If you have any questions, ask your doctor or pharmacist. Dezamigren should only be used in patients with a diagnosis of migraine. 

Adults (aged 18 to 65 years) The recommended dose is one tablet (12.5 mg). The maximum daily dose is two tablets (25 mg). Swallow the tablet with fluid (e.g., water). The tablet can be taken with or without food. 

Contraindications Do not use this medicine if you: are hypersensitive to the active substance or to any of the excipients; has coronary heart disease (myocardial infarction, angina pectoris, documented silent ischemia,

 Prinzmetal's angina); has severe hypertension or uncontrolled mild or moderate hypertension; has had a cerebrovascular accident (CVA) or a transient ischemic attack (TIA); has peripheral vascular disease; has severe liver function impairment. Composition The active substance is almotriptan (Almotriptan malate). Each film-coated tablet contains 12.5 mg of almotriptan in the form of almotriptan malate (Almotriptan malate). Excipients: Tablet core: mannitol, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone K 29/32, sodium starch glycolate (Type A), sodium stearyl fumarate. Tablet coating: hypromellose, titanium dioxide (E 171), macrogol 400.
