Genactiv® Pure Mare's Milk is a powdered dietary supplement

Recommended daily dose

: Adults: 1-2 sachets daily. The powder can be taken directly from the sachet into the mouth with a sufficient amount of water. The contents of the sachet can also be mixed with a small amount of liquid or yogurt and consumed. Mare's Milk can be consumed in the morning (on an empty stomach) and before bed. The bioactive protein compounds present in freeze-dried mare's milk denature at high temperatures; do not pour the powder into hot liquids.
