Application:
Magnesium Gel is particularly suitable for sports fitness massages after physical exertion, as well as for relaxation massages. Apply a cherry- to walnut-sized amount of gel to the affected area and massage in thoroughly. Leave on for at least 15 minutes and then wipe off with a damp cloth if necessary.

Ingredients:
Aqua, Magnesium Chloride, Glycerine, Xanthan Gum.
No preservatives.

Notes:
Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes, and open wounds. Do not apply to freshly shaved areas. Wash hands after application. May cause a slight tingling, itching, or warming sensation in people with particularly sensitive skin. Keep out of reach of children.
