Application:
A bath with Zechstein Magnesium Flakes is particularly suitable for relaxation, regeneration after physical exertion and for skin care.

Full bath:
Dissolve the entire contents of the bag in the bathwater and only add enough water to just cover the body in order to achieve the highest possible magnesium concentration in the bathwater. Recommended bath temperature: approx. 37°C, bath time: 20 to 30 minutes.

Foot bath:
Dissolve 150 to 250g of Zechstein Magnesium Flakes in 5 liters of water at approx. 37°C and soak your feet in it for 20 to 30 minutes.

Ingredients:
Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate (MgCl2 concentration 47%).
