Use/application/recommended consumption:
Adults take 1 capsule with liquid once a day.

Nutritional information:
Lutein/Zeaxanthin GPH capsules contain 6 mg lutein in the form of a lutein ester and 6 mg zeaxanthin in a hard gelatin capsule.

Bulking agent: Mannitol (excessive consumption may have a laxative effect), lutein ester powder (24%) ( lactose monohydrate, dextrin, sucrose, lutein ester), capsule shell: gelatin, coloring in the capsule shell: iron oxide, zeaxanthin (6%) (dextrin, gum arabic, lactose monohydrate, sucrose, antioxidant: mixed natural tocopherols).
