Lutein is a carotenoid found in green leafy vegetables such as spinach and kale, as well as eggs and oranges. Beta-carotene is converted into vitamin A in the body, which may contribute to maintaining vision.
Recommended intake:
Take 1 capsule daily with some liquid.
