Corn starch (bulking agent), lutein esters (30%) with lutein and zeaxanthin, gelatin (capsule shell), maltodextrin (bulking agent), magnesium stearate (anti-caking agent), lactose (bulking agent)

Recommended intake:

Take 1 capsule daily with sufficient liquid.
