LOMATUELL Pro 10x10 cm sterile benefits:

LOMATUELL Pro 10x10 cm sterile dressings offer several benefits for wound care due to their unique design and composition. They are designed to be non-adherent, minimizing pain during dressing changes, and they support a moist wound environment to promote healing. The dressings also facilitate good exudate drainage and can be used on both sides, allowing for versatile application.
Here's a more detailed breakdown of the benefits:
Minimizes Adhesion:
The dressing's composition, including hydrocolloid particles and Vaseline, helps prevent the dressing from sticking to the wound bed, making dressing changes less painful.
Moist Wound Healing:
The hydrocolloid component gels upon contact with wound fluid, creating a moist environment that supports the body's natural healing process.
Supports Wound Edge and Periwound Skin:
The Vaseline in the dressing moisturizes the wound edges and surrounding skin, which can help prevent maceration and promote healing in these areas.
Good Exudate Management:
The open mesh structure of the dressing allows for effective drainage of excess wound fluid into a secondary dressing, preventing maceration and maintaining a healthy wound bed.
Versatile Application:
LOMATUELL Pro can be used on both sides, and it can be cut to the size and shape of the wound, offering flexibility in application.
Comfortable and Conformable:
The flexible and supple material of the dressing ensures patient comfort and conforms well to the wound bed.
Can be Used with Other Therapies:
LOMATUELL Pro can be used as a contact layer in negative pressure wound therapy and can be combined with other wound care products.
