• EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function with a daily intake of 250 mg EPA and DHA (from 2.5 ml per day).
• DHA is good for maintaining healthy brain function and good eyesight, with a daily intake of 250 mg DHA (from 5 ml per day).
• EPA and DHA are good for maintaining healthy blood lipid levels with a daily intake of 2 grams of EPA/DHA (from 10 ml per day).

Recommended intake:
Children aged 3 and over: 2.5 ml (1/2 teaspoon) per day with a meal. Adults: 5-10 ml (1-2 teaspoons) per day. The oil can be taken neat or mixed with cold drinks or food.
 

Ingredients:
Fish oil (from anchovies), lemon flavoring, antioxidant (rosemary extract, ascorbyl palmitate and tocopherol-rich extract).

Note:
Store unopened packages at room temperature. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 3 months. The combined daily intake of EPA and DHA should not exceed 5 grams (approx. 4 teaspoons [=20 ml] of Liquid EPA/DHA 1200 mg).
