Active ingredient: Lactulose. 

Indications: 
Constipation that cannot be adequately relieved by a high-fiber diet and other general measures. Conditions requiring easier bowel movements. Prevention and treatment of portosystemic encephalopathy (i.e., impaired brain function due to chronic liver disease, especially cirrhosis). 

Warning: 
This medicine contains fructose (or sorbitol), galactose, and lactose. Available only from pharmacies.
