recommended daily dose is

1-2 sachets daily with a meal. It is recommended to consume 30 minutes to 1 hour before planned breastfeeding/pumping. Pour the contents of the sachet into approximately 150 ml of milk or water (cold or warm) and stir thoroughly until the powder is completely dissolved. The product can also be mixed with plain or flavored yogurt. The product is recommended for use from the second day after delivery, provided there is no milk supply.
