The food supplement Narum RELAX is a composition of Lactobacillus acidophilus Er-2 strain 317/402 Narine, L-theanine, freeze-dried hop extract and freeze-dried extract of lemon balm leaves.

Recommended dosage:
Take 1 capsule in the morning and 2 capsules in the evening after a meal.
