Ingredients:
acidifier: citric acid; Calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, flavor, vitamin C, aqueous extract from nettle leaves 3: 1, caffeine, sweetener: sodium cyclamate and saccharin sodium, vitamin E, color: riboflavin 5` phosphate.

Nutritional values:
Composition per daily dose of 2 effervescent tablets: 300 mg (80% *) magnesium, 800 mg (100% *) calcium, 80 mg (100% *) vitamin C, 12 mg (100% *) vitamin E, 56 mg caffeine, 60 mg nettle leaf extract. * Reference amount for the daily intake according to EU regulation 1169/2011.

Consumption KNEIPP drainage, electrolyte balance recommendation:
Drink an effervescent tablet twice a day dissolved in a glass of water (approx. 200 ml).

The tablet dissolved in the water makes a refreshing, caffeinated drink
