Action:
The preparation increases the contractile force of the heart muscle and slightly decreases the frequency of heart contractions. Moreover, it shows dilator mainly on the walls of the coronary vessel and bronchial smooth muscle. Reduces the permeability of the capillary walls, improving the peripheral circulation.

Indications:
The preparation is traditionally used in mild forms of heart failure (I - II NYHA), without symptoms of circulatory stasis. It can be used with a reduced myocardial infarction in elderly persons as well as an auxiliary in coronary artery disease. Dosage: Adults 20 drops (approx. 1 mL) 3 times a day. Young people from 13 to 16 years 12 drops 3 times a day. Children from 7 to 12 years old 7 drops 3 times a day. The product is recommended to take between meals.
